Shiro ignored Rin's protests and grabbed the sword anyway, looking it over. But the inspection was a brief one, because that name-calling caught his attention real fast. "I ain't old," Shiro said, completely ignoring Rin's protests in favor of lecturing him, "I'm only thirty-four! And you shouldn't mess around with stuff like this, kid. You would've caused a world of trouble if it had gone missing."

At least it wasn't damaged. Shiro could still use it for his mission.
