Kid nods slightly, gripping at the fabric of Kon's shirt and following his lead. In his mind, he can remember the layout of the room, where they're supposed to be headed. And Kon is blessedly attentive and does mention something when it's time to duck, or climb, or whatever.

So Kid follows instructions, because he's good at that. It's easy to do what he's being guided to do, so that is what he does.

When Kon stops, Kid hesitantly opens one eye halfway.
