[The drive for a drink is most definitely a strong enough wish to make the shop appear, especially after the stressful time Yosano has just gone through. Watanuki can't begrudge her of that.
That's partially why Watanuki already has sake and cups out on the front porch, in view of the gate and waiting for Yosano's arrival. It's an easy request to fulfill, so he's going to be ready for it.
