[If Alucard had been fully human, his wounds would likely have killed him hours ago. As it is, it's something of a miracle he manages to get to his feet again without immediately keeling over again, even with Shiro's help. If the state of his clothes and the slowly forming puddle of blood-tainted water are any indication, he either got into a fight with some sort of water-based demon or fell into a fairly deep water source somewhere during the course of a fight with some sort of creature. Either way, he doesn't appear in any shape to explain the situation at the moment.
