[She's--... well she's tried to work on it but lets face it she's really only going to be able to change so much before she's not really herself anymore.

Still, she at least has a reason for coming back to the Bastion alive every day.

And yes, it's much less awkward and terrible. Rin quite enjoys it, in fact, and happily returns it while moving closer to him in the hot water.]

[If Bon stopped to think about how they're naked in a hot spring together while kissing, it might get awkward. But he's not thinking of that. He's not thinking of much of anything right now, the kissing has kind of blanked out his mind.

He will definitely slip an arm around Rin to pull her closer, though. Might as well close that gap between them even faster.]

[Well Bon these things usually do require some degree of nudity, and that was what they were talking about in her apartment before coming here.

Though Rin is much in the same boat. Lack of her own modesty aside, there normally would have been at least a little nervousness about actually going that far with him. In their current situation, though, all she's really thinking about is how much she's enjoying it, and enjoying being close to him in a way that's just just innocent cuddling.

She lets herself get pulled closer, hand lifting out of the water to slip around the back of his neck, a soft but pleased noise escaping her parted lips.]

[Stein's not used to sharing a room with someone, let alone sharing a bed. It took him a while to get to sleep, and then he wakes up again when Shiro decides to crawl under the covers with him.

And then there's that infamous cuddling. Stein was expecting it, but it still comes as a little bit of a surprise. But it's not too bad. Stein doesn't usually engage in physical contact, but it feels... nice.

So instead of shoving Shiro out of the bed, or moving away, Stein just stays where he is.]

[Shiro doesn't fall right back asleep, but instead wakes up a bit more. He has a strange sleeping schedule: he'll sleep for maybe five or six hours, then be awake for an hour or two, then sleep some more. This just happens to be one of his wakeful breaks in between his two times of sleeping.

He listens for a bit, to hear if Stein has the slow breaths of sleep,or if he's been woken up too. After a few moments of that, he whispers to him.]

Hey, you awake?

[And yes, he's still holding onto Stein. He warned Stein, after all, and Stein isn't pushing him away.]

[tinystitches]

No. I'm just talking in my sleep. [Stein's never been able to sleep through the night, not with all the noise in his head. And now he's completely awake, rather than just partly awake. It's going to take a while for him to get back to sleep.]

Why?

Just curious.

[A little louder now, since he knows Stein is awake, but still quietly spoken. With Shiro being such a loudmouth normally, it might be weird to hear him be quiet like that for once. He just happens to have better bed methods.]

Bad dreams? Or did I wake you up when I got up?

[tinystitches]

[It is strange, but not unwelcome. It means Stein can be a little more relaxed than he would be if Shiro started turning on lights and moving around.]

... Both.

[Not like Stein ever has good dreams.]

I see you got cold and decided to cuddle.

[futurepaladin]

Yeah, well, you know me. I'm a heat-leech.

[Shiro prefers the quiet of moments like this sometimes. He does like excitement, but sometimes it's nice to be relaxing in near-sleep.

Though he's more awake than asleep now.

Then he's struck with a thought, and he chuckles.]

You know, if you were one of the girls I'd taken home, I'd make a joke about making our own heat.

[tinystitches]

Oh? Would it work on them?

[futurepaladin]

Of course. I wouldn't use it if it didn't work.

[Spoilers: it worked like, twice tops. Everyone else laughed at him.]

Yeah? The one time you used it?

Hey! It was more than once!

[Whoops Stein saw right through him. Shiro is no longer cool.]

[Really, Shiro was never cool.]

How many? [Stein's sexual experience has been... limited. Not much chance for it when you're not allowed to interact with people.]

In general, not just how many girls took pity on your terrible pickup line.

There was never any pity sex, they actually liked it.

[But he does take a moment to think back and count.]

[Oh right. Sheltered kid who's kept away from most people. Shiro forgets that at times.]
