He's a grumpy grump who just plain doesn't get along with most people unless your name is Yuri Egin and you spent literally a decade worming your way into his heart.
But Ozy has not done anything personally to earn Shiro's ire, it's just how he is. So while Shiro is grumpy about people being in his space, he can also take a moment to recognize just how fucking hot Ozy is. Guys aren't normally his kind of thing, he's more of a 'small girl with a huge rack' kind of guy, but goddamn. Even he can appreciate them abs.
