Let's go to the beach then.

We can get lunch at one of the stalls there and play in the water!

[And make out, but they can do that anywhere tbh. John is 19 and not shy at all about physical affection.]

[darkremnants]

[ Which means junk food. ]

Beach it is.

[ He knows he probably means something near by, but he didn't specify which one. Maybe he'll take him to Maui.

Pressing send as he turns to face John. They can get an early start on the making out tonight. ]

[They're totally eating corn dogs for lunch. Or something else equally bad for them, depending on where Vanitas takes them.

But hi there, time for a bit of smooching!]

Getting a head start, huh?

[darkremnants]

[ Lazy, drawn out smooches. Tangling his fingers into John's hair to keep him close. ]

Thought a pre-date warm up would be nice.

[ Bumping their noses against each other. ]

[windyheir]

[John's response comes in-between those kisses, when they have to break for air.]

A warm up? I like it.

[And when their noses bump, John's smile shines brightly and he presses their foreheads together. He's such a sap when it comes to affection, especially with his grumpy boyfriend.]

[ He's going to look at John through his lashes with their foreheads pressed together. Snaking his arm around John to pull him closer against him. ]

Maybe we should do a few then.

[windyheir]

If you want.

[He totally wants to too, but he's trying to look cool here.

His arms slip around Vanitas as well, tugging him closer. The phone ends up dropped at some point too, but he doesn't seem to notice.]

[darkremnants]

[ Fitting closer against him at the tugging. RIP phone. Vani has already lost track of his, but there's something more important to keep his hands occupied.

He can tell John wants to, but since he said that... Turning his head to brush his lips against his jaw. ]

I could also stop.

[ His tone is more playful than he intended. ]

[They can find them later, it's fine.]

If we actually want to go to the beach, we probably should.

[He still makes no move to pull away, and instead moves to slip his hands up under the back of Vani's shirt.]

[darkremnants]

[ Lightly skimming his teeth against his neck, before he plants feather light kisses there. ]

We have time.

[ Stretching out his back as he feels those hands. Moving his own hand down his boyfriend's back to tug at his shirt. ]

[windyheir]

[The light kisses are definitely getting a laugh out of him. He's ticklish.]

I guess we do. You took the whole day off too, right?

[Because guess what loser saw it was Valentine's day and took a day off.

But there goes his shirt, it won't be missed.]

[darkremnants]

[ Once the shirt is off and tossed to the side, he's peppering his neck and shoulders with kisses, postponing answering that question for a bit longer. Saying yes will imply that it's something special or planned ahead and considering the day... But John just admitted to taking it off. ]

I might have.

[ Lifting his head up to kiss the corner of his mouth as he puts his hands on John's hips to give them a squeeze. ]
