This is the post for anything romantic with my characters! Love at first sight, confessing feelings, going on dates, whatever. If it is romantic, it goes here.

Decades from now, surely. [Okay three years is not a decade. But let him feel somewhat young for a while longer.]

Besides, today is your birthday, not mine.

[lionson]

You mean it's not over yet?

[But they have already eaten, and the boys are in bed. It's too late at night to go to the movies.]

Do you have something else planned?

[circumsutus]

[Shiro pls.]

No, of course not. I already drained my savings account buying you cake. [Yes that is exactly what happened. Stein is obviously too poor to buy cake.]

It just seems silly to talk about my birthday right now.

[lionson]

Well...

[Ohlook his arm is going around Stein's shoulders now.]

There's a lot we could do that doesn't involve talking at all.

[circumsutus]

[How's that attempt working for you, Shiro?]

Oh? Here I thought you wanted me to talk.

[lionson]

Screaming could work too.

[Only except not, there's kids in the house.]

[circumsutus]

That seems counterproductive. We'd never get the boys to sleep if they heard screaming.

[lionson]

[SIGHHHH always the responsible one, Stein.

Shiro deflates a little.]

I guess you're right, we shouldn't go waking them up.

[circumsutus]

[He laughs.]

If we do wake them up, you'll have to explain it.

[lionson]

That shouldn't be a hard thing to tell them. "When a man and another man love each other very much..."

[The grin on his face is a good sign that he is joking.

By the way he's dragging Stein to the living room. Because they can keep talking while sprawled out on the couch.]

[circumsutus]

[Stein grins too, following Shiro without any complaints, though he does slip a hand up under the hem of Shiro's shirt.]

[lionson]

[kyaaa Stein

Instead of dropping Stein onto the couch, though, Shiro will flop down in such a way that he takes up like 80% of the available room, so that Stein has to lay on him to be on the couch. Because touching-lounging is totally not the same as cuddling, and if Stein is on top he can keep doing interesting things with his hands.]

Much better.

[circumsutus]

[For someone so short, Shiro can take up a lot of room when he has the mind to. Stein manages to fit over the other man with the ease of many years of practice. A knee here, and elbow there, and Stein manages to not crush Shiro.

This is pretty much their version of cuddling, and Stein goes to kiss him.]

I've been wanting to do that all day.

[lionson]

[Shut up Shiro's not short!!1

And yes, this is totally cuddling. The most romantic of cuddling, even.

Shiro eagerly kisses Stein in return, and when they pull apart he has the most smitten smile ever on his face.]

You were holding back to protect the delicate minds of children?

[circumsutus]

Something like that. [God, he could watch that smile all day. Or, he could kiss Shiro again, smiling.]

Or I was holding back so I didn't rip your clothes off in front of the entire restaurant.

[lionson]

[Both things are totally fine with Shiro. And so is that third thing, too. Usually it's Shiro who starts anything between them, so the thought of Stein taking the lead is really hot.]

I think more people than just the boys would have been upset, if you had done that. Though now I'm almost disappointed, you've never wooed me with clothes-ripping before.

[circumsutus]

Haven't I? [He tugs at the hem of Shiro's shirt, fiddling with the buttons.]

Should I remedy that?

[lionson]

If you think you can~

[Oh look, he's goading Stein into ravishing his super-sexy body. Do it Stein do it.]

[circumsutus]

What, you don't think I can manage that.

[Stein pulls the shirt open, popping off a few buttons in the process.]

[lionson]

[Whoops there goes his shirt.

Shiro looks down at his now bare chest, then back up at Stein.]

...Apparently I thought wrong.

[circumsutus]

After all this time, you haven't figured out not to challenge me. [Stein is very okay with kissing right now, especially because it gives the opportunity to slide a hand down underneath the hem of Shiro's pants.]

[lionson]

[Why wouldn't he challenge Stein? That gets him things he wants!

And this is moving quite quickly tonight, which is actually okay with Shiro. He had been anticipating this all day, and it was hard not to feel excited, and even a little impatient.

Speaking of being impatient, Shiro will go ahead and slip his arms up around Stein's neck while they're kissing. Even if Stein isn't as shirtless as he is, he still wants to be touching the man as much as he can.

He'll also practically thrust up into Stein's hand, if it goes low enough to dip into his underwear.]

[circumsutus]

[Yes, of course he's sliding his hand down under Shiro's underwear. Stein's been thinking about this all day, getting distracted just looking at Shiro over dinner, listening to the other man's voice and laugh, seeing his smile.

'Love' is a very strong word.]

[lionson]

[Maybe it is strong, but calling it something else won't change what it is. Though of course Shiro will still play that game, because he's Shiro. It's totally not love if you don't say love shut up.

Even after years of being together, it still doesn't take much to get Shiro hard. He's a total horndog, ready for sex at a moment's notice, and even now that holds true. And while Stein handles that, Shiro moans softly and digs his fingers into Stein's hair. It's strange, to be on the receiving end of this kind of attention, but not unpleasant. Sometimes a guy just has to be treated special like this.]

[circumsutus]

[Stein laughs, pressed up against Shiro, fingers pressing and stroking.

After years of being together, Stein knows Shiro almost as well as he knows himself, he knows how to get a reaction out of the other man, how to quickly drag a reaction out of him. Even if Stein hardly ever initiates, he still knows what to do.

At least Shiro's not too old to get it up anymore.]
